Our commitment
Unmanned Electronic Innovation FZ-LLC trades in electrical fittings, electrical and electronic appliance spare parts, and wireless equipment and instruments. Some of these goods are controlled. We only trade where we can verify who the customer is, what the goods are for, and where they will end up. We would rather lose an order than break a rule.
Rules we follow
- UAE law, including Federal Law No. 13 of 2007 on the import and export of goods and the UAE strategic goods control regime administered by the Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation, together with the customs and licensing rules of our free zone.
- UN Security Council sanctions as implemented in the UAE.
- Origin-country controls that travel with the goods we re-export, such as the EU Dual-Use Regulation and US Export Administration Regulations where US-origin items are involved.
- Telecommunications rules: wireless equipment placed on the UAE market requires type approval from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). We supply radio equipment only where approval exists or the customer holds the required permit.
Counterparty screening
Before confirming an order we screen the customer, the consignee and the end user against UN, UAE, EU, UK and US restricted-party lists, and we repeat screening before shipment. We check for signs of diversion: unusual routing, unwillingness to state end use, requests for cash payment, or quantities out of line with the stated project. Positive matches or unresolved red flags stop the order.
End-use verification
For wireless equipment, RF modules, test and measurement instruments and other items that may be dual-use, we ask for a signed end-use and end-user statement, project details and, where applicable, the customer's import permit or licence. We do not supply goods for use in weapons of mass destruction or their delivery systems, for unauthorised surveillance, or to military end users in embargoed destinations.
Product conformity and documentation
Electrical fittings are supplied to the stated IEC, BS or UL standards with certificates of conformity available on request. Spare parts are identified by manufacturer part number and clearly marked genuine or OEM-equivalent. Every shipment leaves with a documentation pack: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of conformity or origin where applicable, datasheets, and safety data sheets for items that need them.
Anti-bribery and fair dealing
We do not offer, pay or accept bribes or facilitation payments, and we expect the same from suppliers, agents and customers. Gifts and hospitality are modest, transparent and recorded. We compete on availability, price and service.
Record keeping
Order, screening, licence and shipping records are kept for at least five years and are made available to competent authorities on lawful request.
Raising a concern
If you believe an order placed with us may breach these rules, or you have been asked to do something that conflicts with them, write to contact@ueiinc.com with "Compliance" in the subject line. Reports are reviewed by management and can be made anonymously.
